This natural* and flavorsome Garden Turkey Pasta Salad is uncommonly delicious as an appetizer or main course. Not to mention - perfect for leftovers the next day!

Garden Turkey Pasta Salad

Ingredients

8 oz. rotini pasta (cooked and drained)

2 cups of Plainville Farms® turkey breast (cooked & cut into small cubes)

2 cups of broccoli florets (cut into small pieces)

1/2 cup of green bell pepper (ribs and seeds removed & chopped)

1/2 cup of red bell pepper (ribs and seeds removed & chopped)

1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes (halved)

1/2 cup of onions (chopped)

1/2 cup of almonds (slivered, toasted lightly and divided)

1 1/2 cups of three cheese ranch dressing

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, toss the cooked and drained pasta with the turkey, vegetables and 1/4 cup almonds.

2. Add dressing and mix lightly.

3. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or until chilled (about 3-4 hours.)

4. Serve in chilled shallow bowls and sprinkle each portion with remaining almonds.
