Spinach Stuffed Turkey Breast

Ingredients

4 Plainville Farms Turkey Breasts

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 teaspoon of paprika

Salt & pepper (to taste)

1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon of onion powder

4 oz. of cream cheese (softened)

1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese

1 3/4 tablespoons of mayonnaise

1 1/2 cups of chopped fresh spinach

1 teaspoon of minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Place the turkey breasts on a cutting board and drizzle them with oil.

3. In a bowl - add in the paprika, salt & pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder & mix to combine.

4. Sprinkle evenly over both sides of the turkey.

5. Use a sharp knife to cut a pocket into the side of each turkey breast.

6. Set turkey aside.

7. In a separate bowl - add in the cream cheese, parmesan, mayonnaise, spinach, garlic, red pepper and salt and pepper - stir well to combine.

8. Spoon the spinach mixture into each prepared turkey breast evenly.

9. Place the turkey breasts in a 9x13 baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes or until turkey is cooked through (the internal temperature should reach at least 165 degrees F.)
