Turkey & Broccoli Alfredo Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

2 cups of Plainville Farms Turkey® (cooked or leftovers and shredded)

1 (12 oz.) box of jumbo shells

1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

Salt and pepper (to taste)

1 (12 oz.) bag of frozen broccoli florets (steamed then chopped)

1 (16 oz.) jar of alfredo sauce

1 1/4 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, just until al dente.

2. Drain the water and lay the shells out on a large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. Let shells cool completely.

FOR STUFFING THE SHELLS

1. In a large bowl add turkey, garlic powder, salt and pepper and chopped broccoli.

2. Toss to combine.

3. Pour in 1 cup of alfredo sauce and mix together.

4. Add a spoonful of alfredo sauce to the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.

5. Fill the prepared shells with a large spoonful of turkey and broccoli mixture and place into the prepared baking dish.

6. Pour the remaining alfredo sauce evenly over the shells.

7. Sprinkle the tops with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

8. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees F. for 25-30 minutes or until warm and bubbly.

9. Serve and enjoy!
