Who doesn’t love an appetizing quesadilla? They are delicious, easy to make, a great “on the go” meal and you can use up that leftover turkey from the refrigerator.

Turkey Quesadilla

Ingredients

1 lb. Plainville Farms Turkey® , leftover or cooked

8 flour tortillas (8-inch)

1 package (8 oz) shredded cheese

1 tbsp oil

Instructions

1. On half of the tortilla, sprinkle the shredded cheese, put some turkey pieces on top of the cheese, then sprinkle some shredded cheese on top of the turkey. Fold the tortilla over the filling, so it is folded in half. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

2. Put the oil in a non-stick frying pan, and heat over medium-high heat.

3. Put the tortillas on the frying pan in a single layer.

4. Cook for 2 minutes, then carefully flip the quesadilla with a spatula and cook for 2 minutes on the other side.

5. Serve hot with toppings such as sour cream, salsa, lettuce, guacamole and cheese
