An egg-cellent breakfast choice paired with our delicious pre-sliced deli turkey!
INGREDIENTS
2 slices of bread
1 tablespoon of butter
1 egg
2 slices of Plainville Farms pre-sliced deli turkey
1 slice of cheese
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Avocado and tomato slices (if desired)
DIRECTIONS
In a pan, cook turkey over medium heat until warmed.
While the turkey is cooking, use a small lid to make a hole in 1 slice of bread.
Butter the outside of both slices of bread.
Remove turkey slices from pan and set aside.
Place the slice of bread that has the hole in the pan butter side down and crack an egg into the hole.
Add desired amount of salt and pepper to egg.
Flip the slice of bread to cook the other side of the egg.
Once egg is cooked to your desire, add the turkey, and cheese.
Top with a second slice of bread.
Flip the sandwich and toast the other slice of bread.
Once both sides are golden and crispy remove from heat and serve on a plate.
