How To Get Crispy Skin
1. Cook at a high temperature for a relatively short time.
2. Avocado oil spray is a great choice for high-heat cooking.
3. Place on a greased rack and spray with the Avocado oil.
4. Brush your turkey breast with salted butter; I think the salted
butter verses the no-salt adds flavor.
5. Use fresh spices if available. Garlic powder, paprika and dried
thyme are great choices! Apply heavily after all buttered up.
6. Bake initially for 20–30 minutes to nicely brown the skin.
7. Loosely cover with foil after browned to prevent the top from
scorching and continue to roast until cooked through.
8. Total cooking time will be 45-60 minutes at 450 degrees F.
9. Allow your breast to rest for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
