Here’s Some Tips To Make Sure Your Turkey Isn’t Dry
Step 1
You’ll start by cutting each turkey tenderloin into four equal pieces. Place them in a zipper seal bag, then add some Italian dressing and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Marinate the turkey overnight. The next day – when you are ready to grill – remove the turkey from the marinade and pat each piece of turkey with paper towels to remove any excess marinade.
Step 2
Oil your grill then cook the turkey tenderloin for approximately 8-10 minutes, then flip and grill for another 8-10 minutes. Test the internal temperate with An instant-read probe thermometer – at this point, it should be around 145 degrees F (not quite cooked through).
Step 3
Remove your grilled turkey to a bowl, add your favorite bbq sauce. Place the turkey back on the hot grill and cook for another 5-10 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing on more BBQ sauce as needed.
