HONEY BALSAMIC BAKED TURKEY THIGHS

Ingredients
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 plainville farms turkey thighs
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F & line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a large sealable bag – mix together the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, and salt.
- Add in your plainville farms Turkey thighs & make sure all thighs are coated thoroughly.
- Remove Turkey thighs from the bag and place them on the prepared baking sheet (skin down) – make sure to remove any excess marinade from the thighs before placing them on the baking sheet (save the excess marinade – you’ll need this for later.)
- Bake the Turkey thighs for 30 minutes.
- Remove your Turkey thighs from the oven and flip them to skin side up.
- Turn the oven to broil (make sure the baking rack is about 8 inches from the broiler.)
- Return the thighs to the oven and broil for 5 minutes or until the skin is crisped and the Turkey thighes reach at least 165°F.
- Place the REST of the marinade into a skillet.
- In a small bowl - mix together the cornstartch with 2 tablespoons of water.
- Bring the marinade to a boil – and mix in the cornstarch mixture - 5 minutes or so (until it reaches the consistency of syrup.)
- Remove the glaze from the stove and set it aside.
- Remove the cooked Turkey thighs from the oven & brust them with the glaze.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
