Ingredients

8-10 slices roasted Plainville Farms® Turkey

8 slice cornmeal rye bread

4 slices pepper jack cheese

1 red onion, sliced and grilled until soft and slightly brown

1 (4 oz.) can roasted green chilies

Instructions

1. Divide turkey and cheese equally between four slices of bread and broil until melted. Top with onion, chilies and remaining bread slices. Serves 4.
