This tater tot taco casserole is your newest dinner the whole family loves!

Tater Tot Taco Casserole

Ingredients

1 Lb. Plainville Farms ground turkey

2 cups of corn

1 1/3 cups condensed cream of chicken soup

2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

3/4 cup of milk

1 8oz. Block of softened cream cheese

1 tablespoon of onion powder

1 tablespoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of black pepper

1/2 cup of bacon (cooked and chopped)

4 cups of tater tots

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375oF.

Cook the Plainville Farms ground turkey in a large pan over medium heat – until no longer pink.

Once the turkey is cooked – add the corn, cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, milk, cream cheese, seasonings, and bacon to the pan.

Mix until well combined.

Fill a 9x13 pan with the ground turkey mixture and top with tater tots.

Bake for 45 minutes until tater tots are crispy and the filling is bubbly.

Take the last cup of cheese and sprinkle it on top of the casserole.

Put back in over for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven and let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
