This Turkey Cheesesteak is packed with flavor and only takes 30 mins to make!

Turkey Cheesesteak

Ingredients

1 package Plainville Farms turkey breast

1 onion (thinly sliced)

1 green bell pepper (thinly sliced)

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of onion powder

Salt and pepper (to taste)

4 sub rolls

8 slices of provolone cheese

Instructions

Cut your Plainville Farms turkey breast into thin strips.

In a skillet, cook the turkey breast strips over medium-high heat until cooked through (the internal temperature should reach at least 165 degrees F.)

Transfer cooked turkey to a plate, leaving the remaining oil in the pan.

Add the sliced onion and peppers, and seasonings to the pan and sauté over medium heat until tender (about 10 minutes.)

Return the cooked turkey strips to the pan and mix all together thoroughly.

Split the buns and place them on a sheet pan.

Top each with the turkey mixture – followed by 2 slices of cheese.

Broil for 3-5 minutes, or until cheese melts.

Serve immediately & enjoy!
