A simple blend of spices, sliced onions and peppers, seasoned turkey, and warm tortillas can be a perfect dinner.

Turkey Fajita

Ingredients

1 lb. Plainville Farms Turkey Tenderloins®, cut into thin strips

1 tbsp. canola oil

1 medium green, sweet red, and yellow peppers; cut into ¼ strips each

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. ground cumin

1/2 tsp. pepper

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro

1/4 cup lime juice

8 flour tortillas (6 inches), warm

Instructions

1. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

2. Add turkey; cook and stir for 2 minutes.

3. Add all 3 peppers, onion, garlic, salt, cumin, pepper, and cayenne.

4. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink and peppers are crisp-tender.

5. Stir in cilantro and lime juice. Allow to cook for 1 more minute.

6. Serve in tortillas with your desired toppings.
