Turkey Power Balls

Ingredients

1 lb. Plainville Farms Ground Turkey

1/2 cup yellow onion, diced

1/4 cup red bell pepper, seeded and diced

1 1/2 tbsp red curry paste

1 tsp ground cumin

1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated

1/2 tsp ground coriander

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 325 F and lightly grease the casserole pan with olive oil.

2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, shape into 20 meatballs and place in the prepared pan.

3. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy!
