Grilling Tips
When cooking your wings at home, there are a few tips you can follow to ensure your turkey turns out great every time!
Keep your grill clean! If there’s a thin layer of grease on the grill’s grates, it could burn and ruin the taste of the wings.
Let the wings rest once they come off the of the grill. This will help keep their shape and not fall apart.
Make sure to keep them moist. It’s really important to make sure you add enough rub and smoke to your wings before placing them on the grill.
Once the wings are evenly cooked through move them to a warmer spot in your oven and cover with aluminum foil to make sure they stay moist. Make sure they’re cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
